However, it is worth noting that everyone runs at their own thermal comfort zone. Some of us can head on out into a blustery fall day with few layers and minimal insulation. Others need a little more warmth as the mercury drops. If you’re an outdoor enthusiasts who run a little cold then it’s possible that the 40gm core insulation might not provide the level of warmth you need when the wind starts ripping along the ridgeline.
